My secret is the lemon skin… ops..
now that’s no more a secret
We Italians are lovers of "lemon skin"! Did you know that? Lemoncello is made only with lemon peel. My tarts , the sugar donut and almost all of my desserts have lemon peel as a natural flavor. Why do we love it so much? 🤷♀️ I don't know. It is a tradition! A good point is that the lemon peel contains ten times more vitamin C than the juice….
so you too grate the lemon on your plates!
